Hutzper Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; CEO: Hiroshi Onishi) will exhibit at 'FOOMA JAPAN 2026,' held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 2 (Tue) to June 5 (Fri), 2026.

In addition to the first public demonstration of two new units for the FOOMA Award-winning AI inspection tool 'Mekiki-Baito,' the company will showcase several other AI solutions. The booth number is E7-25-28.

In food manufacturing, severe labor shortages in manual inspection and the need for higher precision in quality control are major issues. Relying on the expertise of individual inspectors is becoming unsustainable due to recruitment difficulties and an aging workforce. Visitors can experience an evolved version of 'Mekiki-Baito,' which boasts a high retention rate of 0.23% monthly churn.

[Main Exhibit] Manufacturing Inspection & Quality Control AI 'Mekiki-Baito' At FOOMA JAPAN 2026, we will debut two new demo units directly addressing real-world site challenges:

- Demo Unit 1: Multi-lane full inspection & automated rejection (First appearance) AI performs real-time full inspection on products randomly flowing in multiple lanes on a conveyor belt and automatically rejects only the defective items. Visitors can experience the movement close to actual food production lines where only defective products are removed while inspection continues.

- Demo Unit 2: High-speed bottle inspection (First appearance at FOOMA) AI automatically inspects up to 16 bottles per second (demo machine setting). We will demonstrate high-speed, high-precision detection of defects such as scratches, dirt, and deformations.

[Other AI Solutions] We will also showcase 'Skill Puzzle' (personnel optimization AI), 'Rearlab AI' (R&D AI agent), 'Rakuragu' (local LLM), and 'Custom Hutzper AI' (contract development service).
