Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa (Onna Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture) has been honored with the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award for the fourth consecutive year, recognizing it as a hotel among the top 10% of listed establishments worldwide. Furthermore, the hotel received the Excellence Award (Large Facility Category) in the Okinawa area for JTB's "2025 Service Excellence Award for Ryokans and Hotels," an award selected by JTB based on accommodation survey evaluations for hotels affiliated with the JTB Accordant Ryokan and Hotel Association.

The "Travelers' Choice Awards 2026" are selected based on reviews and ratings submitted by travelers worldwide over the past 12 months. Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa has received this award for four consecutive years, being recognized as a hotel within the top 10% of listed establishments globally. The hospitality that embraces guests from around the world has earned high praise from numerous travelers.

"2025 Service Excellence Award for Ryokans and Hotels" Earns High Praise from Domestic Guests

JTB has been implementing a prestigious award system in the tourism industry since 1979. For the "2025 Service Excellence Award for Ryokans and Hotels," approximately 3,500 hotels and ryokans affiliated with the JTB Accordant Ryokan and Hotel Association, which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, were evaluated based on accommodation survey results from April 2025 to March 2026. Our hotel received the Excellence Award in the large facility (hotel) category for the Okinawa area.

We interpret the high praise from our domestic guests as a testament to the hospitality and service quality cherished by each of our staff members.

A Unique Resort Highly Regarded by Both Domestic and International Guests

This award signifies high ratings in both review evaluations from global travelers and satisfaction assessments from domestic guests, resulting from the support garnered from customers both in Japan and abroad.

Since its opening in 2018 as the first beach resort under Hyatt in Japan, our unique location allowing guests to enjoy the entire Seragaki Island as a resort, the 360-degree views surrounded by beautiful ocean, marine activities offering Okinawa's nature and culture, and a stay experience where guests of all nationalities and ages can spend their time as they please, have been supported by many customers.

(1) Must be a member of the JTB Accordant Ryokan and Hotel Association.

(2) The number of responses to the "Accommodation Survey (conducted online)" must meet the standard for accommodation facility size.

(3) The overall survey evaluation score for fiscal year 2025 must meet the standard for accommodation facility size.

Scores from fiscal years 2024 and 2023 will also be referenced.

(4) The accommodation ticket sales amount for calendar year 2025 must meet the standard for accommodation size.

(5) Facilities that have received this award in the past three years are not eligible for selection for the Service Excellence Award for Ryokans and Hotels.
