Furunavi (https://furunavi.jp/), a hometown tax donation site operated by i-mobile Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Tetsuya Noguchi; TSE Prime), has started partnerships with 41 new municipalities for its 'Furunavi Catalog' (https://furunavi.jp/catalog). This brings the total number of municipalities partnered with the Furunavi Catalog to 453 (as of June 1). 'Furunavi Catalog' adopts a point-saving donation method where points are granted for the municipality to which the hometown tax donation is made, and these points can be used to select local products later. Since the points have no expiration date (*), users can take their time to select products after donating, or accumulate points through further donations in the following year to choose higher-value items. Additionally, since points can be used at any time, users can receive seasonal local products throughout the year. (*) Some municipalities have expiration dates. Since the service release on October 17, 2019, it has offered a rich lineup including meat, seafood, fruits, and rice, allowing users to enjoy hometown tax donations more than ever.
