Among squid, the highest grade 'Kensakiika' is called 'Shiroika' in the San'in region. Yusen no Yado Yuam in San'in Yura Onsen offers 'Shiroika' sourced from Hamasaki Port in Shinonsen Town, Hyogo Prefecture, the local area.

As its name suggests, white squid has white flesh and is in season during the summer. Guests can enjoy its original deliciousness along with its beautiful appearance in a 'whole sashimi' presentation.
