ICEYE, a leader in SAR satellites supporting defense and disaster response, has achieved a total of over €1 billion in its Series F funding round, led by General Atlantic. This includes €450 million in primary funding and additional secondary transactions, with participation from strategic investors such as Nokia and the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA).

ICEYE operates one of the world's largest constellations of small SAR satellites and provides sovereign satellite systems to the governments of seven European countries. The company is experiencing strong growth, expecting to exceed €250 million in revenue and build a contract backlog of over €1.5 billion in 2025.

The newly raised funds will be used to expand global operations and strengthen intelligence capabilities. In particular, the company plans to double its satellite production capacity from 50 to 100 units per year by 2028, accelerating the provision of sovereign intelligence systems to government agencies and commercial customers.
