Matsue City Implements "Corporate Version of Furusato Nozei" to Contribute to Sustainable Regional Development Through Support for Shimane Susanoo Magic Home Arena Renovation Project

By creating new value in existing real estate through "Shinchiku" (new construction/renovation), we leverage our cultivated technology and know-how to expand into assets held by regions, thereby linking sports promotion with regional revitalization to develop a new business that realizes "Regional Revitalization x Sports Business."

We are pleased to report that we have made a donation related to the regional revitalization support tax system (Corporate Version of Furusato Nozei) for the "Matsue City General Gymnasium Renovation, Maintenance, Management, and Operation Project," which is positioned within the comprehensive plan of Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture (Mayor Akinori Uesako), and have received a letter of appreciation from Matsue City.

Our company is proceeding with the "Matsue City General Gymnasium Renovation, Maintenance, Management, and Operation Project" to renovate the Matsue City General Gymnasium, as the representative company of the Matsue Arena Project Group.

Through this project, the Matsue City General Gymnasium will reopen in September 2026. Events are planned to be held for three weeks around the reopening. We will contribute to the development of Matsue City by enhancing the utilization and added value of the facility.

Matsue City is an attractive city representing the San'in region, boasting historical and cultural assets such as the National Treasure Matsue Castle. It is also a city where many boosters passionately support the professional basketball club "Shimane Susanoo Magic," a B.LEAGUE member, fostering a sense of unity in the region through sports.

The renovation work is in its final stages. In October of this year, the Shimane Susanoo Magic will finally return to their home arena, the Matsue City General Gymnasium. We are sincerely delighted that the cheers will echo, people will come and go, and that familiar daily life will return to this city.

We will continue to work together with Matsue City, Shimane Susanoo Magic, the local community, and the boosters, while prioritizing the public role of this important "social gymnasium" that has long been loved by the region and has supported the health and interaction of its citizens. We will inherit its value, add new functions, and develop it into a facility that will be even more loved and proud of by the citizens, as well as a facility that protects the safety and security of citizens during disasters.

As the representative company of the designated administrator, we will sincerely work with the member companies to ensure that the Matsue City General Gymnasium continues to be loved by the people of Matsue City, and we will contribute to the sustainable development of Matsue City.
