Ichigo Potage and Shiibaya Collaborate to Launch 'Mature Lychee Butter Sandwich' on July 15

Ichigo Potage, an agricultural corporation of the Ichigo Group (Miyazaki Prefecture), and the butter sandwich specialty store 'Shiibaya' have collaborated to develop a new product, 'Mature Lychee Butter Sandwich,' which will be newly released by 'Shiibaya' on July 15, 2026 (Wednesday). We would like to inform you of this.

About Mature Lychee Butter Sandwich

This product is a seasonal limited butter sandwich using 'Meguri Lychee,' a mature lychee produced by Ichigo Potage in Miyazaki Prefecture. It makes the most of the refreshing aroma and refined sweetness unique to lychee.

The release date is set to coincide with the harvest period of Meguri Lychee, and the first release will be at Miyazaki Thanks Market, Shiibaya stores (Shiibaya Store/Yonoaga Store), and the online shop.

Price: 350 yen per piece (tax included)

Additionally, on the 15th of the new release, we held a press event for the release of the Mature Lychee Butter Sandwich. We conducted a gift event at the 1st floor stage 'Apollo no Izumi' of Miyako City and a tasting event at the Shiibaya booth at Miyazaki Thanks Market. Adjacent to this, Ichigo Potage set up a booth, selling displayed fresh lychees and providing lychee drinks, allowing many customers to enjoy the efforts of local product development using Miyazaki Prefecture's lychees.
