Bansui Gallery (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture) has announced the call for entries for the 5th Sake Label Contest, sponsored by Ichinokura Co., Ltd. (Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture). Anyone aged 20 or over at the time of submission who resides in or has ties to Miyagi Prefecture is eligible to apply.

Winning entries will be exhibited and sold as original artworks at an exhibition held at Bansui Gallery starting November 17, 2026. Sake featuring the winning designs on their labels will also be sold via Ichinokura's official online store. The deadline for entries is August 31, 2026 (Monday). Entries are accepted in two categories: (1) Theme Category: "Bottles as Interior Decor" and (2) Open Category.
