This product is a sparkling sake with a gentle mimosa yellow color and an alcohol content of 4.5%, based on the popular sparkling sake "Ichinokura Happo Seishu Suzune," with the addition of natural coloring extracted from safflower grown in Yamagata Prefecture. Its delicate bubbles reminiscent of champagne, refreshing and light aroma, and a perfect balance of fresh sweetness and crisp acidity have been met with surprised exclamations from those who have tasted it.
