Ichifuji Food Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka; President: Hiroshi Onishi; hereinafter 'the Company'), in agreement with the activities of 'Present Tree,' a project that connects forest creation with regional revitalization operated by the certified NPO Environmental Relations Institute (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Atsuko Suzuki), has been supporting the forest regeneration project since fiscal year 2025.

In fiscal year 2026, the company made a donation for the planting of 50 trees to 'Present Tree for Shonan International Village Meguri no Mori II.'

[Tree Planting Donation Record] Total of 80 trees (as of the end of May 2026) - Fiscal Year 2025 Donation Site: Present Tree for Shonan International Village Meguri no Mori II Number of Trees Donated: 30 - Fiscal Year 2026 Donation Site: Present Tree for Shonan International Village Meguri no Mori II Number of Trees Donated: 50

The start of this support activity and our desire to continue it While considering environmental initiatives through food, we encountered the 'Present Tree' planting activities and participated in the 'Shonan International Village Meguri no Mori II' tree planting event held in April 2025. Interacting with nature, we were able to reaffirm the connection between 'food' and 'forests,' which was a great learning experience for us. This experience prompted us to seek sustainable ways to engage in environmental conservation activities within our business operations.

With the cooperation of Revo International Inc., our company is engaged in recycling used cooking oil from our kitchens into biodiesel fuel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).

[Used Cooking Oil Collection Record] - Fiscal Year 2023: 52,380L - Fiscal Year 2024: 62,077L - Fiscal Year 2025: 64,931L

This activity has spread to many workplaces, and the collection volume is increasing year by year. We considered whether there were initiatives to not only create new value from used cooking oil that would otherwise be discarded and circulate it as a necessary resource, but also to give back to society. As one of these initiatives, we started donating the proceeds from recycling used cooking oil to the 'Present Tree' planting activities, thereby supporting forest creation.

Amid significant changes in society and the environment, our company has been able to continue its business for over 120 years thanks to the support of local communities and society as a whole. We will continue to cherish the connection between 'food and people' and 'food and the environment,' and as a member of the global and local community, we will continue to think about what we can do and take action. We will steadily advance our initiatives toward the realization of a sustainable society by effectively utilizing the resources generated through our daily business activities.
