[Health Management] "InBody Measurement Event" Held to Improve Employee Health Awareness

Ichifuji Food Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Hiroshi Onishi) held an "InBody Measurement Event" for its employees at its Osaka headquarters, in cooperation with Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, as part of its health management initiatives.

Many employees participated on the day, using the "InBody" body composition analyzer to measure their body composition, including muscle mass, fat mass, mineral content, and water content. Through the measurement results, it served as a valuable opportunity for employees to objectively grasp their own physical condition and review their daily lifestyle habits and health management.

Employees who participated commented, "I was able to learn about numbers I hadn't been conscious of before" and "It became a trigger to reconsider my exercise and diet." The event proved to be a meaningful initiative that led to increased health awareness.

We will continue to promote health management with the aim of creating a workplace where each and every employee can work energetically and in good health, both mentally and physically.
