Ignition Point and Dentsu Launch 'BPR AI Workshop' to Support Business Process Re-engineering with AI Agents

Ignition Point Inc. and Dentsu Inc. have jointly launched the 'BPR AI Workshop,' a practical program designed to accelerate business process re-engineering (BPR) for clients using generative AI. The program goes beyond individual AI efficiency, supporting the redesign of business processes itself, centered on AI agents for human-AI collaboration. It aims to realize a proposal for organizational process transformation within approximately one month, from identifying AI use cases by on-site staff to presenting them to management. By combining Ignition Point's BPR expertise with Dentsu's marketing knowledge, the program promotes organizational-wide business process transformation.
