Iinuma Honke Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Inba-gun, Chiba Prefecture; President: Kazuyoshi Iinuma), in collaboration with the Oku-Chiba Project (Location: Sosa City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative: Shinichi Ichigawa), will host the 'Luxury Dinner Party with Chiba's Local Sake and Oku-Chiba Products' on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the on-site restaurant 'Sake and Twenty-Four Solar Terms Cuisine Kinoene Omoya'.

The Oku-Chiba Project operates in the region spanning between the Tone River and Kujukuri Beach in northeastern Chiba. It works to connect the diverse local charms—culture, nature, and agriculture—to maximise the inherent potential of the area. As Iinuma Honke is also located in Oku-Chiba and brews sake using the region's natural water and rice, this dinner was conceived to celebrate the natural harmony and connection between ingredients and sake nurtured within the same climate.

This event will take place at Iinuma Honke's dining establishment 'Kinoene Omoya'. It will feature special recipes using vegetables and meat carefully raised in the fertile lands of the Oku-Chiba area, along with seafood from Kujukuri Beach, paired with local sake. The goal is for participants to rediscover the new values and connections between Oku-Chiba's ingredients and sake, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of the Oku-Chiba region.
