Our representative brand is "Kōshi." Founded during the Genroku era (1688-1703).
The brewery is located in a natural environment suitable for sake brewing, surrounded by abundant water sources and a quiet forest.
As the name "Kōshi (Kinoene)" suggests, which means the beginning of things in the sexagenary cycle, we have adopted the first sign of the cycle as our representative brand and have always approached sake brewing as a pioneer of the times. We pursue "delicious, enjoyable sake that shares excitement and suits the tastes of the era," and continue to take innovative approaches that align with modern diverse food cultures and the lifestyles of younger generations, not just sake fans, earning high praise both domestically and internationally.
