Innova Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Jun Munakata) will co-host, together with Growth Data Inc., a free online seminar titled 'Overcoming the Barriers of 'Lead Generation' and 'Ineffective Sales' in the AI Era – Breaking Through the Limits of 'If You Build Content, They Will Come' and Transforming Standardized Sales Approaches into a 'Sales System That Closes Deals'.' The seminar will take place on Tuesday, July 28, and Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Seminar Overview
The rapid advancement of AI is transforming customer information-seeking behaviors and corporate sales activities. The traditional content marketing model—'create good content and wait to be found'—has reached its limits. Moreover, standardized, manual-based sales approaches can no longer win over well-informed, information-savvy customers. This seminar will present concrete solutions to urgent challenges faced by many companies: stagnant lead generation and the personalization and declining quality of sales.
Part 1: 'Japanese-Style ABM (Account-Based Marketing)' Strategy by Innova Inc.
Innova’s session will examine the limitations of the era in which 'posting quality content on your website leads to discovery,' in light of the dramatic changes in customer information-seeking experiences due to AI. We will introduce the strategic design of 'Japanese-style ABM,' which goes beyond self-contained digital marketing on corporate websites by integrating external mentions and analog methods to reliably reach targeted companies.
Part 2: 'Sales Systematization' by Growth Data Inc.
Growth Data’s session will focus on 'sales systematization' to ensure that valuable leads are not wasted. To move beyond sales approaches overly dependent on AI and scripted dialogues that create misalignment with customers, we will visualize actual sales conversation content—customer feedback and reactions—as process data, in addition to SFA metrics. We will reveal methods to identify a 'golden path to closing deals' that can be replicated across the organization, without relying solely on top-performing salespeople.
Panel Discussion: 'The Trap of Standardization and AI? The Reality of 'Disappointing Sales' That Drive Customers Away'
In the latter half of the seminar, speakers from both co-hosting companies will engage in a panel discussion. Under the theme 'The Trap of Standardization and AI? The Reality of 'Disappointing Sales' That Drive Customers Away,' they will candidly discuss key points that sales teams need to reevaluate immediately. Executives and managers aiming to reliably convert marketing results into sales are strongly encouraged to attend.
Who Should Attend
- Those who feel that traditional content marketing has reached its limits due to changes in user search and information-gathering behaviors brought by AI - Those who have introduced sales manuals or AI tools but feel that frontline teams’ adaptability, proposal skills, and listening abilities have declined - Those whose top salespeople’s know-how remains a black box, resulting in a lack of sales reproducibility across the organization - Those who cannot identify the true reasons for lost deals based solely on SFA sales figures and outcomes, making it difficult to formulate concrete improvement strategies
