Innovative Space Carrier Inc. Partners with Tokyo University of Science for JAXA 'SX-ARK' Reusable Rocket Tank Research

Innovative Space Carrier Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kojiro Hatada; hereinafter 'ISC') is a startup aiming to realize a transportation system that enables round-trip space travel, with a vision of 'a world where people and cargo can be delivered every day, even in space.' ISC will participate as a partner institution in the 'Ground-based verification of reusable rocket tanks that do not require heat-resistant materials for return,' a technical development project adopted by the Tokyo University of Science under the 'SX-ARK' program (in the 'Motion and Control' field) promoted by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Following this adoption, the company will collaborate with the Tokyo University of Science, the lead research institution, to begin ground-based verification research using scale models starting in May 2026.
