DMS Joins 'J-HRTI' Initiative to Accelerate Humanoid Robot Social Implementation

INSOL-HIGH Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 3F, Otemachi Financial City Grand Cube, 1-9-2 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0004, hereinafter "INSOL-HIGH") announces that DMS Corporation (hereinafter "DMS") has joined J-HRTI (Japan Humanoid Robot Training & Implementation), an organization dedicated to the social implementation of humanoid robots. This marks the first participation from the logistics and direct mail distribution industry.

About J-HRTI

J-HRTI is an initiative aiming to achieve low-cost, high-quality social implementation of humanoid robots by establishing a cross-industry and cross-company collaborative framework.

In response to the growing societal challenge of labor shortages, J-HRTI aims not to confine solutions to specific industries or individual companies, but to quickly present and disseminate practical models of humanoid robot adoption by fostering collaboration across diverse industries.

In summer 2026, J-HRTI's first physical data generation facility, the "Kanto Data Factory," will open. Around ten participating companies will gather there to jointly advance humanoid robot training and data collection.

Background and Objectives of DMS's Participation

In DMS's core business areas—logistics and direct mail distribution services—severe labor shortages and rising labor costs have become major challenges in recent years. While the company has long been a leading player in the industry and has advanced operational efficiency, automating "non-routine processes" that require human judgment and adaptability has posed significant technical hurdles.

Through this participation, DMS will leverage cutting-edge physical AI technology to tackle the digitization and automation of these non-routine processes.

First, DMS will fully introduce humanoid robots into its own facilities to verify their practicality in real-world operations, while cultivating next-generation talent skilled in physical AI. In the future, the company plans to develop external solutions based on this expertise and provide them to external clients facing similar challenges.
