Men's apparel brand 'mù_' will release 'WIDE TAPERED DENIM TROUSERS / mù_lab.#007' via pre-order starting Thursday, June 12, 2026. Designer Kimura is a veteran in the field of processed denim, having worked on it for over 20 years, including his previous brands. Although it is his area of expertise, he intentionally held back to prioritize establishing the brand's worldview. Now in its second year, the product is finally being unveiled. The concept of this work is to blur the boundary between real aging and intentional design. Each piece is finished by hand by Japanese craftsmen, giving each item a unique look. The material used is original denim spun on 1950s spinning machines, offering a heavy ounce feel with a soft drape. Each process, such as repairs, paint splatters, embroidery, and arrows, has a story behind it. The pre-order period is from June 12 (Fri) 12:00 to June 29 (Mon) 11:59, 2026. The price is 55,000 JPY, with shipping scheduled for early October 2026.
