The restaurant offers authentic creative French cuisine from appetizers to desserts, paired with wines selected by a sommelier.

The June menu features six early summer dishes: 1. Cuttlefish carpaccio with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. 2. Gazpacho, a cold soup made with summer vegetables like ripe tomatoes, celery, and cucumber. 3. Steamed stone bream served with a champagne-based cream and caviar sauce. 4. Baked lobster and sweetbreads (veal thymus) finished with tarragon and parsley herb butter. 5. Sautéed veal loin slowly roasted and served with a morel mushroom cream sauce. 6. Seafood tomato ragout paired with homemade tagliolini and topped with French caviar.
