Interactive Inc. announced that its Yamagata-focused two-way job matching service, 'Job Antenna Yamagata,' surpassed 1,000 registered users on May 29, 2026. The service minimizes hiring mismatches by focusing entirely on the region. A key feature is the 'Iikamo!' (Looks Good!) function, enabling both companies and job seekers to send signs to each other, facilitating a proactive and cost-effective hiring process. Originating in Okinawa in 2016, Job Antenna has expanded to multiple regions. Currently, over 35 companies and 110 job listings are featured in Yamagata, spanning various industries. As of May 29, the service has 1,014 registered members (average age 37.8). Notably, over 55% of the members wish to change jobs within six months. The platform also offers a Yamagata-exclusive 'Sungogu Iikamo!' (Looks Really Good!) feature to show stronger interest. Interactive Inc. aims to continue solving regional challenges through its digital marketing and HR businesses across nine regions in Japan.
