Integroup Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomoki Kagoatani, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") supported the transfer of Grace Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshiko Yasui), a company engaged in the recruitment industry specializing in sustainability talent.

Ms. Yasui, the Representative Director, and Ms. Fumiyo Ogawa, the Senior Managing Director, decided to transfer the company considering the aging of the management team and the lack of successors. The acquiring company is a firm specializing in recruitment for the mass media industry.
