IPA Releases DX Stocks 2026 Selection Report Showcasing Advanced Corporate Case Studies

On June 5, 2026, the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA, President: Hiroshi Saito), released the 'DX Stocks 2026 Selected Companies Report'. Jointly run by METI, TSE, and IPA, the program selects TSE-listed companies with outstanding DX achievements. This year, they selected 30 DX Stocks (including 3 Grand Prix: Bridgestone, Misumi Group, and SMFG), 17 Featured Companies, and 2 Platinum Companies (NYK Line, SoftBank). The selection heavily focused on AI Transformation (AX), highlighting firms leveraging AI for rapid business reform. The report features interviews with Grand Prix and Platinum leaders, details on the 27 DX Stocks' strategies (IT, security, talent, data), and profiles of past Platinum winners LIXIL and Hitachi. It concludes with data analysis from the DX Survey 2026, which collected responses from 289 listed companies.
