IR Robotics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Seiju Kim; Website: https://ir-robotics.co.jp/) has released a new video on its business YouTube channel 'IPO or M&A: Which One? TV,' featuring Koji Suzuki, President of B・BLUEpartners (President and CEO of En Japan Inc., Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market 4849).

To commemorate the release, we are pleased to announce the 'Executive-Only Offline Networking Event' with President Suzuki, limited to the first 20 registrants, to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

・Guest Speaker: Koji Suzuki, President of B・BLUEpartners

Mr. Suzuki joined the predecessor of En Japan, Nihon Brain Center Co., Ltd., in 1995.

He played a key role in launching an internet job search platform and led the spin-off of En (formerly En Japan) in 2000, starting with a team of 15. The company went public in 2001, and he became President and CEO in 2008.

The company's business model, based on the unique service philosophy of 'Job changes should be made carefully,' has been highly praised for its profitability. After overcoming the Lehman Shock crisis, it established a solid revenue foundation, making this business its core.

After growing the group into a company with approximately 3,000 employees, he is now independent, serving as an outside director and advisor to multiple companies, providing management support.

・YouTube Video Release

During the early days of the internet, he launched a job site and grew En into a business with hundreds of billions of yen in revenue, overcoming the Lehman Shock crisis. Notably, after a failure driven by impatience, he successfully rebuilt the core business through a 'return to basics' strategy, demonstrating exceptional leadership in restoring growth.

Regarding rapid organizational expansion, he shares insights on building a corporate culture shaped through intense experiences—evaluating executives based on 'fundamental human nature.' Reflecting on his 17 years leading a publicly listed company, Mr. Suzuki said, 'It was a period filled with moments I wanted to run away from, but it powerfully strengthened my resilience,' revealing his authentic, pressure-defying leadership style.

We invite you to watch the video to learn about his decision-making philosophy, including the story behind his early investment in Tammy, how he assessed an entrepreneur's sincerity and business value despite competitive risks, and his insights from M&A in Vietnam.
