ISFNET announced the results of engineer promotions for the second half of 2025 based on its new bi-annual evaluation system. This system was introduced to ensure engineers can work with peace of mind and continue to grow, reflecting their efforts and achievements in their compensation in a timely manner. In the second half of 2025, 222 engineers met the criteria and received promotions and raises. Additionally, 81 engineers were promoted through the mid-to-senior level development program, bringing the total number of such engineers to 538. With the rapid spread of AI increasing the importance of IT infrastructure, the company has established a roadmap to reach 1,000 mid-to-senior level engineers by 2030. The company also reported record-high monthly sales in March, maintaining a stable management foundation to contribute to the development of IT infrastructure.
