ISFNET JOY Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yukiyoshi Watanabe; hereinafter referred to as ISFNET JOY) held a special lecture on employment preparation on June 8, 2026 (Mon) for students and their guardians at Saga University Faculty of Education Attached Special Needs School (Saga City, Saga Prefecture).

The lecture aimed to help students understand the skills necessary for employment and increase their motivation for future social life, as well as to provide guardians with methods for support at home.

A total of 53 students and guardians participated on the day, and a practical program incorporating specific examples was conducted. Post-event surveys received numerous positive comments such as "I'm looking forward to working" and "I want to practice support for independence."

Theme: "To All Future Workers ~Tips for Becoming a Wonderful Adult~"

Lecturer: Koichi Kanehara

Content: A practical explanation rich with specific examples was provided to help students more realistically imagine their social lives after graduation. Essential basic behaviors for adults, such as "greeting others proactively" and "asking for help from those around you when you are in trouble or need assistance," were explained in an easy-to-understand manner.

Lecture for Guardians (Participants: 15)

Theme: "Points to Consider for Post-Graduation Career Paths ~Home Preparations You Can Start Now~"

Lecturer: Masahito Tomita

Content: An explanation was given on career path selection after graduation and appropriate approaches at home. Due to the extended Q&A session, many earnest questions were received from guardians, making it a meaningful time to develop a solid vision for the future.
