IST Software Co., Ltd. (a member of the AINET Group, headquartered in Ota-ku, Tokyo, 5-37-1 Kamata, represented by President Shinichi Sebata, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has decided on a new executive structure through resolutions at the 50th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Directors held on June 23, 2026.

We also announce that personnel changes were implemented on the same day.

As the Company approaches its 50th anniversary in July 2026, under the new management structure, we aim to further enhance the value provided to our customers, and achieve sustainable growth and increased corporate value through the utilization of advanced technologies such as generative AI and investment in focus areas.

Makoto Yoshizawa has been promoted to Senior Managing Director.

Additionally, five part-time directors and one auditor from AINET Corporation have newly joined the board.

Furthermore, Koshiro Someya, Director and Advisor, and Yasuzo Ando, Director, have retired from their positions as directors and newly appointed as advisors.
