IT FORCE Releases Osaka Business Portal on Salesforce for Administrative DX

IT FORCE Co., Ltd. (HQ: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Mitsutaka Kageyama) will launch Osaka Prefecture's 'Osaka Business Portal' on June 5, 2026. Built on Salesforce and 'Kansakun', a specialized audit and inspection package, this platform digitizes administrative procedures for Osaka medical institutions. It manages everything from application receipt to examination and disbursement of subsidies addressing price hikes and wage increases. To improve UI/UX, the system integrates Techtouch Inc.'s digital adoption platform (DAP) 'Techtouch', enabling users to operate the system without manuals and reducing entry errors. Osaka Prefecture contracted the DX platform construction and maintenance on July 10, 2025, to transition from paper-based operations, improve efficiency, and support swift administrative processing. Additionally, the 'Kansakun' package, launched in October 2024 on the Salesforce AppExchange, automates checklist creation, assists audit planning, and supports mobile recording, significantly reducing administrative burdens and initial setup costs for local governments.
