New release of Chinese deli gift series supervised by Michelin-starred 'Maison de Yulong'

Yonekyu Corp. (Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture) will release a Chinese deli gift series supervised by the popular Chinese restaurant 'Maison de Yulong' in Akasaka, Tokyo, starting June 1, 2026. This series was developed as a mail-order exclusive product with the concept of 'easily enjoying the taste of a famous restaurant at home.' A key feature is that you can reproduce authentic Chinese cuisine simply by boiling it while frozen. Based on the taste-making of the Michelin one-star restaurant, we have fused our group's mass production technology and quality control to achieve stable quality. In addition to gift use, it is a product that allows you to easily enjoy a 'dining out mood' at home for weekend gatherings or anniversaries. The lineup includes seafood ankake, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, large shrimp chili, and mapo tofu.
