Iwaki FC hereby reports that we have conducted an analysis of 2025 season home game attendance data (using the J.League Marketing Database) and interview surveys with attendees, with the aim of understanding our current fan base and considering effective future marketing strategies. Last year, Iwaki FC reached a major milestone: our 10th anniversary. We are committed to becoming more beloved by the community, increasing the number of supporters who stand with us, and working toward a future where our stadium is filled with enthusiasm for every match. ◼︎ Prerequisites For this analysis, we aggregated and processed data from the J.League Marketing Database, including "attendance records," "remote check-in history," and "membership data" from the 2024 and 2025 seasons to capture the characteristics of fans based on their home game attendance frequency. The results of this survey revealed a critical turning point that determines whether first-time visitors become "loyal fans." We will utilize these findings to design and implement strategies aimed at our goal of "filling the stadium for every match." ◼︎ Attendance Status from Data Analysis (2025 Season) ・Attendance Frequency and Demographics As attendance frequency increases, the ratio of residents in Fukushima Prefecture rises; among the F5 group (16+ visits), 95% are residents of the prefecture. A contrasting structure is observed, where approximately 70% of the F5 group are season ticket holders, while approximately 90% of the F1 group are non-members.

・Polarization of Attendance Frequency Furthermore, a characteristic structure regarding attendance frequency for the 2025 season has become clear.

Looking at 2025 home game attendees by frequency, those who visited only once are the largest group at 2,396, followed by enthusiastic supporters who attended all 19 matches (854 people). Additionally, when looking at groups by attendance frequency, the one-time visitor group (F1) is the largest at 2,396, followed by the group with 16 or more visits (F5) at 1,680, representing a significant volume.
