This absorption merger further develops the capital and business alliance established with nano Healthcare in April 2025.

MK Corporation’s existing home support services now include 'home nursing' as a new offering. Through this integration, the company aims to deepen the collaboration between caregiving and nursing, enhancing the home support system in the Ise-Shima region.

Meanwhile, nano Healthcare has operated home nursing services based in Minamiise Town and Shima City.
