This service is a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service that outsources essential tasks such as scanning and data conversion of contracts to JEMS, realizing automated contract management through OLGA. For customers using "Kankyo Shogun R," plans that comprehensively support data input of contract information are also scheduled to be sequentially offered, simultaneously achieving efficiency in contract management operations and strengthening compliance.

Background of Service Development

In the industrial waste disposal industry, while the management of consignment contracts and permits based on the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act (hereinafter, Waste Management Act) is directly linked to business continuity, tasks such as original contract storage, ledger creation, and expiration date management represent a significant burden on daily operations.

Furthermore, due to paper-centric operations, differences in formats for each business partner, and delays in digitizing contracts concluded in the past, the burden on site and management departments tends to increase to manage contract data in a way that can be utilized in daily operations. These situations also contribute to increased compliance risks, such as missed expiration date management and overlooked inaccuracies in documentation.

JEMS has combined its operational knowledge cultivated through the provision of the core system "Kankyo Shogun R" with OLGA's AI-driven contract information extraction and management functions, and aims to provide a sustainable contract management model by supplementing operations with BPO, leading to the development of this service.

This service is a legal automation x BPO service that streamlines a series of operations related to consignment contracts and permits in the industrial waste business through automated management by the legal automation service "OLGA" and practical task outsourcing by BPO. It supports scanning of concluded contracts and uploading of electronic data, and the digitized contract information can be viewed and managed from the OLGA account provided to customers.

Additionally, for customers using "Kankyo Shogun R," services for proxy input of contract data required for using the compliance check function into "Kankyo Shogun R" are planned to be sequentially expanded. *1

It effectively eliminates manual input effort and automates the confirmation of contract verification in daily operations by utilizing "Kankyo Shogun R's" compliance check function.
