JOYL "AJINOMOTO Brand HEALTHY EurOlive" is a food with function claims that offers the light olive taste and aroma of extra virgin olive oil and the function of alpha-linolenic acid contained in flaxseed oil.

Alpha-linolenic acid is the functional ingredient in this product and is a type of Omega-3 (n-3) fatty acid. Alpha-linolenic acid has been reported to have functions that lower LDL cholesterol in the blood, lower blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure, and improve skin moisture retention and maintain skin hydration.

It can be easily used by simply adding one tablespoon (14g) to your daily meals, such as yogurt, soup, deli dishes, frozen foods, and instant meals*.
