BEL AMER's New Glass Dessert Collection
Chocolatier BEL AMER is introducing a colorful collection of glass desserts to mark the transition from the rainy season to summer.
New items include the "Hydrangea Fromage," which uses sparkling jelly to depict hydrangeas; the "Gelee Cafe," featuring the deep harmony of coffee and chocolate; and the "Gelee Cream Soda," inspired by nostalgic cream sodas. These desserts offer a cool, visually appealing experience.
### Hydrangea Fromage
This dessert captures the image of hydrangeas blooming in the rainy season. It features a smooth mousse fromage base with refreshing lemon jelly, lemon cream, sponge cake, and crunchy crumble. The top is adorned with blue and purple gradation jelly, decorated with snail and leaf-shaped chocolate pieces. Priced at 670 yen (including tax), it is scheduled to be sold from May 27 (Wed) through the end of June.
### Gelee Cafe
This dessert layers crushed coffee jelly and cafe au lait jelly with bitter chocolate cream and vanilla-flavored panna cotta, finished to resemble a cafe drink. Priced at 638 yen (including tax), it will be available from May 11 through the end of August.
### Gelee Cream Soda
Based on melon soda jelly and melon-flavored panna cotta, this dessert adds the texture of nata de coco. It is finished in a retro-pop style with whipped cream, a cherry, and silver leaf sugar. Priced at 692 yen (including tax), it will be available from early July through the end of August.
*All items require refrigeration. Availability may vary by store. Fresh desserts are not available at the official online shop, Iwataya Fukuoka main store, or Matsuyama Mitsukoshi store.
