JACCS Strengthens API Integration with Visual Research

JACCS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryo Murakami; hereinafter 'JACCS') and Visual Research Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takahiro Ono; hereinafter 'Visual Research') have strengthened the API integration between JACCS's rent guarantee service 'VICCS' and Visual Research's rental management system 'i-SP'. They have implemented a feature in 'VICCS' that automatically links remittance information, such as landlord accounts registered in the 'i-SP' building ledger, to JACCS. As a result, the manual data entry work for individual remittances, which was generally required in the past, is no longer necessary in 'VICCS'. This realizes an industry-first seamless business flow where screening, guarantee contracts, billing, and remittances can all be completed solely through 'i-SP' operations. Through this feature, JACCS will significantly reduce the operational burden on rental housing management companies while further strengthening the convenience and competitiveness of its rent guarantee service. JACCS and Visual Research will continue to strive to provide more convenient services through 'VICCS' and 'i-SP'.
