Rigaku Corporation, a group company of Rigaku Holdings, has started sales of the desktop X-ray fluorescence analyzer 'NEX QC II series'. This product supports the acquisition of elemental data necessary for quality control, such as managing chlorine content in RPF and confirming the uniform application of silicon coatings. Compared to the previous product, the detection capability has improved by approximately 2.3 times, and the measurement time has been reduced to one-fifth. In addition, it adopts an intuitive touch screen interface and achieves a more compact and lightweight design. The high-end model, 'NEX QC II +', has further improved resolution and light element analysis performance, making it compatible with advanced analytical applications.
