JOPT's Official Poker App 'JOPT Games' Launches Today, June 17 – Free Entry to WSOP and JOPT Events

JOPT Games is a mobile application that allows users to play poker from their smartphones and qualify for live events such as the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and JOPT through in-app tournaments.

From Thursday, June 18 to Monday, June 22, JOPT Games will host a 5-day free WSOP qualifier.

This qualifier offers a total of approximately ¥15 million in WSOP or JOPT tickets over the 5 days, with about ¥3 million worth of tickets per session.

Winners will be able to select prizes based on their ranking, including a WSOP Main Event ticket worth approximately ¥1.5 million or a JOPT Platinum ticket.

The World Series of Poker is the world's largest poker event, held annually in Las Vegas, USA. The Main Event, in particular, is one of the most prestigious tournaments, attracting top players from around the globe.

The buy-in for the Main Event is approximately ¥1.5 million. In the 2025 tournament, around 10,000 players participated, with a total prize pool of approximately ¥13.6 billion and a first-place prize of about ¥1.5 billion.

Through the WSOP qualifiers hosted on JOPT Games, players can aim to secure entry to WSOP events directly from their smartphones.

Additionally, winners can choose between WSOP entry rights or JOPT tickets based on their ranking, enabling participation not only in international events but also in domestic JOPT events.

How to Participate in Satellites

Players can join satellites directly within the JOPT Games app.

First, download JOPT Games from the App Store or Google Play. After launching the app, follow the on-screen instructions to register an account, which will grant access to various in-app events.

Once registered, check the currently available satellites in the app, select the event you wish to join, and enter.

Advance Through Three Stages to Reach Live Events

The satellite system in JOPT Games consists of three stages.

The first stage is the Trial Stage. By completing the Trial Stage, players earn a ticket to advance to the next stage: the Satellite Stage.

The Trial Stage also features free-to-enter 'freerolls,' allowing first-time players without tickets to participate.

By advancing through the Satellite Stage, players earn a ticket to enter the Final Stage.

In the Final Stage, players use their earned Final Tickets to enter target events. The number of Final Tickets required varies by event, so please check the official website or app for details.

Ways to Obtain Tickets

1. Earn by Advancing Through Stages

By clearing each stage, players earn tickets to progress to the next stage.

Participating in regularly held freerolls allows players to earn Trial Tickets for free.

Clearing the Trial Stage grants a Satellite Ticket, usable in the Satellite Stage. Winning the Satellite Stage grants a Final Ticket, usable in the Final Stage.

Even beginners can participate for free, so feel free to challenge.

2. Purchase via EC Site

Tickets will be available for purchase on an EC site launching on June 17.

Buy the required tickets based on your desired stage or event and use them in the app to enter the target stage.

3. Subscribe to a Membership Plan

JOPT Games offers two subscription plans: SILVER and GOLD.

Subscribers receive a monthly allocation of tickets based on their plan. This is a cost-effective option for players who wish to participate in satellites regularly or aim for live event qualifications.
