The Japan Sake Information Center, operated by the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association, which represents approximately 1,600 sake manufacturers nationwide, is holding a special event themed around 'Natsu-zake' until mid-August. This event offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy refreshing sake during the hot season, featuring a wide variety of flavors from across Japan, characterized by refreshing aromas, light textures, pleasant carbonation, and cool-looking summer labels. 'Natsu-zake' is a collective term for sake designed to be enjoyed chilled, a trend that has been gaining popularity in recent years. The center has already received 19 products for the first phase and plans to add 21 more by June. At the store, visitors can sample individual brands or choose a 'Director's Selection 4-Sake Tasting Flight.' Sake sampled can also be purchased if in stock. We invite you to visit the center to find your favorite summer bottle.
