Japan System Techniques Co., Ltd. (JAST) announced the launch of 'TomoBe', a Personal Health Record (PHR) application specialized for health guidance, starting May 28, 2026. Designed for insurers such as local governments and health insurance unions, the platform aims to solidify behavioral changes and enhance health programs through visualization and continuous support. The app integrates life logs (steps, weight, diet), health checkup data, and disease prediction models to visualize individual health status and provide personalized support. By extending intermittent health guidance into daily life, it contributes to the advancement of public health initiatives. JAST leverages its extensive experience in medical data to provide a proprietary model that predicts disease onset risk within five years. A key feature is the 'goal-oriented design,' which displays individual targets on the home screen to improve the effectiveness of guidance. Moving forward, JAST plans to expand the use of medical big data, such as receipt data, to realize the core of medical DX: behavioral change and preventive optimization.
