The Japan Good Builder Association (JGBA) regularly conducts field visits to home builders and renovation companies.

This time, the tour will visit ecomo, based in the Shonan area of Kanagawa Prefecture, which has realized a 'pen-less builder' office and developed a new management style integrating natural material housing with DX. President Nakabori will speak in detail about next-generation builder management that achieves 'higher unit prices,' 'DX,' and 'regional branding.'
