The Japan Good Builder Association (JGBA) held the 'Hiramatsu Kenko Site Visit in Aichi' on Friday, May 29, 2026, with a total of 41 attendees.

The host, Hiramatsu Kenko Co., Ltd., has achieved a seven-fold increase in revenue over 10 years, reaching a group turnover of 2.13 billion yen. During the visit, participants toured the 'Tosoya Hiramatsu Kuwana Showroom,' set to grand open on June 5, and the 'Reform Wing Handa Store,' a large interactive showroom. The design staff's 'housing model' production was a highlight for many attendees.

The afternoon session covered strategies that doubled customer acquisition in two years and practical examples of 'Big Family Management.' Representative Director Hiramatsu shared his determination to become a 10-billion-yen enterprise. The next event, the 'ecomo Site Visit,' is scheduled for July 23, 2026, in Kanagawa Prefecture.
