Japan Management Association Consulting Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yohei Otani, hereinafter JMAC) is pleased to announce that its members will be participating as facilitators at a workshop organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) to be held in July 2026. This event targets Japanese manufacturing companies operating in Thailand, aiming to help them redefine the strengths of their proprietary technologies and explore paths to "business diversification" through collaboration with Thai local companies and expansion into different industries. Leveraging its long-cultivated expertise in global consulting, JMAC will strongly support active opinion exchange and co-creation among participating companies through facilitation, contributing to the development of the industrial sector.
JMAC's Role
This workshop is a practical program for drawing the next growth strategies for Thai bases in the rapidly changing global market. On the day, practical group work is planned where participants will abstract the "functions" and "roles" of their company's products and technologies, and redefine them as "new value" for customers. JMAC members will be responsible for progressing each session, playing a role in guiding participants to find concrete solutions for business diversification into new industries and building new partnerships, beyond the framework of their existing businesses.
What You Will Gain from This Workshop
➢ Acquisition of "Practical Knowledge" from Leading Companies
This is an opportunity to directly learn the keys to success and how to overcome challenges faced by Japanese and Thai companies that have succeeded in business transformation and diversification.
➢ Clarification of Management Issues
