[Background]

My son successfully entered junior high school and began actively participating in a junior high school hardball baseball team, which was optional. I acquired these qualifications to be able to accompany him as a baseball coach or team umpire, learning and growing together according to his interests, and to interact with the junior high school players, who are the main actors in the team, with the latest knowledge so as not to be disrespectful.

Instead of parents 'teaching' based on past experiences, I hope that both parents and children can walk together in the same direction, with parents also acquiring and adapting to the skills and knowledge needed now and in the future, and growing and diversifying.
