This system is specifically designed to eliminate the massive manual workload that peaks at certain times of the year, such as sending out annual vaccination reminder postcards and manually entering vaccination certificates received from veterinary clinics. By combining the perspectives of former public servants with over 20 years of administrative experience and the company's SI expertise, the system supports municipal digital transformation that can be implemented even with limited budgets. According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare statistics, there are approximately 6 million registered dogs in Japan, and municipalities have a duty to manage annual vaccination reminders and follow up with those who have not vaccinated their pets. However, administrative staff are often overwhelmed by manual tasks. This system enables staff to focus on essential duties by automating target extraction, supporting online notifications, and automatically listing non-vaccinated individuals. The package is priced at 390,000 yen (excluding tax) per service, and free trials are available through Cybozu's 'Jichitai Marugoto DX Box' program.
