According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare statistics, there are approximately 6 million registered dogs in Japan, and municipalities have a duty to manage annual vaccination reminders and follow up with those who have not vaccinated their pets. However, administrative staff are often overwhelmed by manual tasks. This system enables staff to focus on essential duties by automating target extraction, supporting online notifications, and automatically listing non-vaccinated individuals.
