Joyzo Inc. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasutaka Shinomiya), an SI company fully committed to kintone, will exhibit for the first time at the "Jichitai Sogo Fair 2026," a comprehensive exhibition to be held for three days from July 8 (Wed) to July 10 (Fri), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.

At booth L-22 in the "Information Technology Promotion" exhibition area, we will be exhibiting for the first time our kintone package for local governments, "Jichitai39," which improves niche tasks unique to local governments (gap tasks) with no-code in as little as one day.

In addition to experiencing over 40 types of systems that condense the field perspective of former city hall employees with over 20 years of administrative experience and our SI know-how, we will also provide detailed information on our support-based know-how for successfully digitalizing (in-house development) at the field level, overcoming budget and IT skill barriers.

Jichitai39: Local Government Package

◼️ Background of Exhibition and Overview of Local Government Package "Jichitai39"

Currently, local governments nationwide are proceeding with the standardization of core systems for 20 major tasks. However, no matter how powerful a core system is introduced, it cannot cover the surrounding niche tasks that exist in the field of each department and division, resulting in many "paper-based and manual tasks" being left behind in the field. With the worsening staff shortage, "BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)" to review these analog administrative processes is urgent, but many local governments are unable to take concrete steps due to "lack of time for consideration" and "anxiety about ICT utilization" in the field.

We have developed the kintone package service for local governments, "Jichitai39," as a solution that can smoothly complement existing systems and start small at a low cost. Since former city hall employees with over 20 years of administrative experience at our company supervise the specifications, this service is characterized by a design that clears "real field challenges" such as handover difficulties and complex approval flows in advance.

Furthermore, the underlying kintone is registered with the Security Assessment Program for Government Information Systems (ISMAP), and under our reliable support based on the "principle of division of responsibility" in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications guidelines, employees can safely customize and operate it themselves with no-code.

At this exhibition, we will provide a place where you can directly verify and consult while operating actual screens for employees and residents.

Highlights of the Joyzo Booth: "Over 40 Types of Local Government Task-Specific Systems" to Reduce Field Burden

At our L-22 booth in the Information Technology Promotion area, we will exhibit the full lineup of "Jichitai39," which has been created from the voices of local government fields. You can experience the actual operation screens for employees and residents, which you can operate on the spot. Former city hall employees from our company who supervised the specifications will be stationed at the booth to propose DX approaches based on the reality of administrative work, and we will also accept consultations on test operations using Cybozu's "Jichitai Marugoto DX Box."

In this release, we will carefully select and introduce six systems that are expected to attract particular attention at this exhibition from our rich lineup of over 40 types.

"Wildlife Damage Reporting Management System" (for Environmental Services Division) Seamlessly links smartphone reports from residents, real-time updates on the Web, and automatic plotting on maps (integrated GIS). Eliminates analog administrative work in responding to wildlife sightings.

"Dog Registration and Rabies Vaccination Management System" (for Environmental Services Division, Animal Welfare Management Division) Centralizes the generation of mailing data for postcards concentrated in specific periods, online notifications by residents, and automatic extraction and follow-up of unvaccinated individuals. Eliminates the limitations of spreadsheets and the risk of transcription errors, automating input tasks.

"Home Environment Survey Sheet Management System" (for Board of Education and School Sites) Digitalizes the printing, collection, and handwriting tasks of home environment survey sheets that trouble teachers and parents at the start of the school year. It allows for information retrieval in seconds with a single keyword, breaking free from binder management, and can be expanded to a digital window for all future distributed materials.

"Personnel and Labor Management System" (for Personnel Division, General Affairs Division) Achieves paperless operations by consolidating in-house application procedures, such as "collection and reminders for self-reporting forms" and "health checkup preference surveys," which cannot be covered by core systems like payroll, into a dedicated portal accessible to all employees.

"Disaster Patrol Reporting System" (for Disaster Prevention Division) A system that overcomes the limitations of traditional paper and manual work, such as "delayed information sharing making it difficult to grasp the current situation" and "significant information transmission loss due to verbal reports relying on memory." It allows for immediate reporting of disaster damage status from smartphones and tablet devices. Data is automatically reflected on the map, eliminating the need for data entry at headquarters and enabling rapid "visualization" of disaster situations through real-time sharing.

"Child Abuse Prevention System" (for Welfare and Children and Families Departments) Centralizes the child progress records, which were previously dispersed, by household and by child on kintone. Basic information such as name and address, as well as past interview records and response history, are consolidated on one screen. Excellent search functionality allows for quick retrieval of past records, strengthening information sharing with related organizations.

Strengths Supporting the Local Government kintone Package "Jichitai39"

Condensed "Field Perspective" of Former Employees x "SI Know-How" with 5 Consecutive Years of Top Ratings

Our former city hall employees with over 20 years of administrative experience supervise the specifications, ensuring a design that is familiar with "real field challenges" such as the difficulties of handover during personnel transfers and the complex approval flows unique to local governments. Furthermore, based on our extensive track record, which has received the highest rating (stars) for five consecutive years in Cybozu's partner evaluation system (CyPN Report), we provide an environment that can be operational immediately from the day of implementation.

Customization Possible by Employees Themselves As it is based on the no-code tool kintone, functional extensions can be flexibly made by employees themselves in response to system changes after implementation or unique tasks.

Meets Government Security Standards (ISMAP) The underlying kintone is registered with the Security Assessment Program for Government Information Systems (ISMAP). It easily clears the strict security standards of local governments, allowing for secure implementation.
