However, no matter how powerful a core system is introduced, it cannot cover the surrounding niche tasks that exist in the field of each department and division, resulting in many "paper-based and manual tasks" being left behind in the field. With the worsening staff shortage, "BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)" to review these analog administrative processes is urgent, but many local governments are unable to take concrete steps due to "lack of time for consideration" and "anxiety about ICT utilization" in the field.

We have developed the kintone package service for local governments, "Jichitai39," as a solution that can smoothly complement existing systems and start small at a low cost. "Wildlife Damage Reporting Management System" (for Environmental Services Division) Seamlessly links smartphone reports from residents, real-time updates on the Web, and automatic plotting on maps (integrated GIS). Eliminates analog administrative work in responding to wildlife sightings.

"Dog Registration and Rabies Vaccination Management System" (for Environmental Services Division, Animal Welfare Management Division) Centralizes the generation of mailing data for postcards concentrated in specific periods, online notifications by residents, and automatic extraction and follow-up of unvaccinated individuals. Eliminates the limitations of spreadsheets and the risk of transcription errors, automating input tasks.

"Home Environment Survey Sheet Management System" (for Board of Education and School Sites) Digitalizes the printing, collection, and handwriting tasks of home environment survey sheets that trouble teachers and parents at the start of the school year. It allows for information retrieval in seconds with a single keyword, breaking free from binder management, and can be expanded to a digital window for all future distributed materials.

"Personnel and Labor Management System" (for Personnel Division, General Affairs Division) Achieves paperless operations by consolidating in-house application procedures, such as "collection and reminders for self-reporting forms" and "health checkup preference surveys," which cannot be covered by core systems like payroll, into a dedicated portal accessible to all employees.
