Asilla Selected for JETRO 'J-StarX' Entrepreneur Training Program 'Europe Long-term Program (France)'

Asilla, Inc. (Machida, Tokyo; CEO Go Ogami), a company dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable world through technology, has been selected for the 'Europe Long-term Program (France)' under the 'J-StarX' overseas entrepreneur training program organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

Through this program, Asilla will leverage long-term residency at Station F, the world's largest incubation facility in Paris, and various support mechanisms to expand sales channels and build local partnerships in the European market.

Background and Objectives

Asilla has deployed its AI security system 'AI Security asilla,' powered by behavior recognition technology, to over 200 locations in Japan, including commercial facilities, public transportation, and office buildings. Recognizing that issues like security labor shortages and the need for advanced facility management are global challenges, Asilla sees high affinity for its solutions in Europe, where interest in public safety and digital transformation (DX) using existing infrastructure is growing.

The company is already in talks with multiple European enterprises across transportation, retail, facility management, and system integration. This program will facilitate pitch opportunities to accelerate these discussions and solidify local partnerships.

Program Structure

The 'Europe Long-term Program (France)' is a tailor-made initiative in collaboration with Incubateur HEC Paris. It aims to help companies build the mindset, skills, and relationships necessary for European entry, including fundraising. Asilla is one of 10 companies selected this year.

The program consists of four phases: 1. Online Preparatory Program (April 27 – May 22, 2026) 2. Local Residency at Station F (May 25 – July 25, 2026, max) 3. Local Demo Day / Showcase (June 8, 2026) 4. VivaTechnology 2026 Side Event (June 17–20, 2026)

As a Japanese AI startup, Asilla aims to showcase its solutions for facility safety and operational optimization through behavior recognition AI, establishing a long-term business foundation in the European market.
