The maison "Polène" opened its third store in Japan on July 5 (Sun), following its Omotesando and Osaka Hankyu Umeda Main Store locations, at GINZA SIX.

The new store, located on the first floor of GINZA SIX, is a minimalist space filled with light. Inspired by Japanese architecture, the interior embodies minimalist functional beauty, the harmony of different forms, and simple, sophisticated aesthetics.

Ceramics made in Japan adorn the store. Brightly toned ceramics that evoke timeless elegance are featured on the facade, while the interior is finished with ceramics in deep colors, reminiscent of supple leather textures.

Furthermore, subtle design elements within the store subtly evoke Japanese woodblock printing techniques. As if in a print, the same pattern is applied to different materials, creating a quiet dialogue between them.

The store also features a special installation titled "Craft at Work." This is an experiential exhibition inspired by the traditional Japanese craft, the "secret box." At first glance, it appears to be a simple three-dimensional interior item wrapped in undulating leather, but by pushing and pulling certain panels, the world of Polène is gradually revealed.

You can experience the maison's savoir-faire through the texture of leather, tools, patterns for bag making, the sounds of the atelier, and visuals. Just like opening a secret box, discover the stories hidden within the materials by touching them and observing them up close.

An embossing corner is also available at the store. You can customize your bag by engraving your preferred initials.
