Due to the plant's vast site and scattered buildings, staff increasingly relied on Web conferencing for internal meetings. This shift, combined with the need for soundproof spaces for confidential discussions such as HR interviews, led to chronic meeting room shortages. Fundamental improvements to the office environment were deemed necessary to support talent acquisition.

With this installation, Kao secured dedicated private spaces for Web conferencing without requiring additional air conditioning or ventilation work. These booths have stabilized the availability of meeting rooms for in-person discussions and are highly valued for their flexibility, allowing for relocation during future building renovations or layout changes.
