Multi-functional Heat Press 'xTool WonderPress' Arrives in Japan

xTool, a developer of desktop laser cutters and smart manufacturing tools, is introducing its three-in-one multi-functional heat press machine, 'xTool WonderPress,' to the Japanese market. Designed for creators, retailers, and small businesses, the product features three modules—heat press, 3D molding, and a craft oven—that can be swapped without tools. It is suited for applications such as apparel production, custom merchandise, and 3D crafts. The WonderPress is designed for craft scenarios including handmade sales, custom goods, and DTF printing. The WonderPress supports up to 100kg of pressure and a temperature range of 80–210°C, adjustable in 1kg/1°C increments. By optimizing the heating element structure, it reduces temperature unevenness, ensuring stable transfer quality. The companion app offers recommended presets for various materials, reducing setup efforts. The craft oven module features a three-layer purification system combining an H13 HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter to mitigate particles and odors during DTF curing and thermal processing.

Three Modules: Features and Functions

- Heat Press Module: Supports 20–100kg pressure and 80–210°C temperature. Suitable for apparel like T-shirts and tote bags, and various transfer tasks. - 3D Molding Module: Uses vacuum adsorption for transfers onto curved items such as phone cases, mugs, and keycaps. Also enables custom mold creation for resin or candles using vacuum forming mode. - Craft Oven Module: Versatile usage for DTF film curing, plastic shrinking, clay hardening, and thermal processing of acrylics. Designed to accommodate three mugs for sublimation simultaneously.

Modules can be swapped without tools. Settings are easily managed via a 1.8-inch display and rotary control.
