Kazushige Kuboki Profile
Participated in the Omnium at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, he placed 6th in both the Madison and Omnium events.
In the same year, he won the Scratch race at the UCI Track World Championships, earning the rainbow jersey awarded to the world champion in cycling. Furthermore, at the 2025 World Championships, he placed 2nd in the Omnium, the highest ever finish for a Japanese elite male rider.
Born in Fukushima Prefecture. He is active in Keirin, track, and road cycling, and belongs to TEAM UKYO.
As the oldest member of the Japanese track national team, he leads the younger riders while keeping his sights set on the next major stage, continuing to challenge himself at the forefront of the world.
