The Japan Planning Institute (JPI) is inviting Hiroshi Kondo, Deputy General Manager and Expert at the Advanced Technology Lab of the Japan Research Institute, to hold a seminar titled "New Horizons in Robot Utilization Opened by Physical AI." The seminar will explore the potential of Physical AI, based on the latest examples of robot foundation models and humanoids. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 13:30 to 15:30. Mr. Kondo is an expert who has led AI demonstration project planning and technology trend research for many years. The lecture will provide insights into implementation architectures connecting generative AI with robots and how to overcome barriers to field application. It is aimed at DX promotion and R&D departments in the manufacturing, logistics, and service industries. Participants can choose between venue attendance, live streaming, or archive viewing, with a fee of 37,290 JPY (tax included) per person.
